- Support Professional Growth: Offer tailored skill-building sessions curated specifically for exceptional leaders, aiming to enhance skills and promote ongoing success.
- Rare Women’s Health Journey: Host a vital conversation amplifying the specific challenges women encounter as rare disease patients, caregivers, and champions within our healthcare system.

Overview
Patient Authentic worked with Horizon Therapeutics to produce the Rare Mindset Forum, a two day event designed to bring together rare non-profit leaders with the goal of offering professional development and helping these groups brainstorm how they can collaborate to move the needle in mental health support for the rare community.
Held onsite at the Horizon headquarters, this event was instrumental in strengthening Horizon’s relationship with these leaders and achieving their core goal – 100% of attendees indicated they planned to find ways to collaborate with fellow leaders they met through the event.

Patient Authentic worked with Amgen to produce the Rare Autoimmune Leaders Workshop, a two-day professional development and networking event for patients living with a rare autoimmune condition who were identified as emerging leaders in the community.
Patient attendees reported that the event was "powerful", "life-changing", and "nothing short of amazing". They walked away with a wealth of resources to continue to grow in their advocacy work and with life-long connections to help them get there.
Held onsite at the Horizon headquarters, this event was instrumental in improving the overall impression of Amgen
