In partnership with the Autoimmune Association team, Patient Authentic helped to develop the Autoimmune Community Summit, a signature event entering its fourth year, for the organization’s community.
In its inaugural year, the virtual two-day summit featured 23 educational and empowering sessions and over 50 autoimmune experts including physicians, nurses, policy experts, and patient advocates.
Attendee feedback was exceptional with participants stating they feel "more empowered to be their own advocate" and "felt very seen and heard".

OVERVIEW
In partnership with Patients Rising, Patient Authentic developed the Patients Rising Advocacy Master Class which to date has been completed by over 300 patients and caregivers across the country.
The Patients Rising Master Class is a 14-week, immersive experience that teaches patients all they need to know about advocacy on and off the hill and provides them with the tools and tactics they need to be an effective healthcare advocate.
Designed as a mini-college course, students receive a curriculum with weekly reading, watching, and listening to be completed asynchronously. Course participants join together on an interactive community platform and engage in live virtual sessions to connect with fellow classmates and hear from leading advocates.

- 100% of attendees in initial cohorts reported they were very satisfied or satisfied with the course experience
- 95% of attendees in initial cohorts reported that the content helped to strengthen their healthcare policy knowledge and work
